Counseling, whether it be in person or in a virtual setting, can be a helpful tool in your journey for healing, understanding, or self-awareness. Kristen meets with individuals who experience:
-Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
Kristen relies on Relational Cultural Therapy (feminist), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy – Enhanced, for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help clients in their counseling process.
Those who identify as LGBTQ+ are welcome here. I have experience working with clients who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, pansexual, agender, asexual, queer, and transgender, as well as those who aren’t sure how they identify. This has been a focus of treatment, or it hasn’t. Either way, this is a safe place.
