Counseling, whether it be in person or in a virtual setting, can be a helpful tool in your journey for healing, understanding, or self-awareness. We meet with individuals who experience:

    -Eating Disorders
    -Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
    -Relationship Trauma
    -Depression
    -Anxiety
    -Life-transition issues

We rely on Relational Cultural Therapy (feminist), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy – Enhanced, for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help clients in their counseling process.

Those who identify as LGBTQ+ are welcome here. I have experience working with clients who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, pansexual, agender, asexual, queer, and transgender, as well as those who aren’t sure how they identify. This has been a focus of treatment, or it hasn’t. Either way, this is a safe place.

Individual & Teletherapy

A lot of couples wait until they are desperate and on the brink of a decision about their relationship before asking for help.

We work with couples who are highly motivated and ready to work on their relationship goals, whether it be to stay together or to uncouple.

Goals are created during couples therapy and each partner is guided in developing work to complete outside of therapy sessions.

We utilize Emotion Focused and Gottman techniques to aid in couples therapy.

Supervision

Our team has experience supervising both Master’s and Doctoral level therapists seeking licensure or to complete program requirements and meets with supervisees seeking licensure as an LPC or LP.

Supervision is approached with a developmental and Person-of-the-Therapist model to help trainees grow and gain confidence in their skills.
